Our design philosophy is based on the delivery of a high quality web site that downloads quickly to the user’s browser and is both functional and professional in presentation. Downloads of web pages are optimized through the optimizing of graphics and navigation as well as keeping the size of the front page, in particular, down to a minimal. Experience has proven that users are unwilling to wait for extended periods of time for the download of information. We have developed many standard practices as well as some unique means of ensuring that downloads are kept to a minimum while keeping the look and feel of the site professional and attention grabbing.

The navigation is critical to the success of any web site and we have identified a number of key issues that form part of making navigation successful on web sites. We build navigation into a site to ensure that users can easily access any information available on the site, to ensure that any future development of the site is not hampered by design faults implemented in the initial creation of the site, to create continuity from one page to the next on the site without allowing the user to feel lost and to complete and integrate the desired look and feel of the site.

It is also important to us to ensure that the design of the site looks good to multiple browsers and not just to the very latest browsers. Although our recommendation is to encourage users to view the site using the latest browsers, we cannot assume that all users will have the latest technology and as such we will cater for all browser from Netscape and Internet Explorer 4.0 onwards.
